1. Information We Collect

All users: email address, name or nickname, profile photo, nationality, and languages.

Travelers: travel dates, regions, and interests.

Guides: identification documents, service regions, introduction, and bank account details for payouts.

Payments: payment approval and transaction records. Card numbers and other payment details are handled by the payment service provider and are not stored by the Company.

Access logs and device or browser information may be collected automatically when you use the Service.

2. How We Use Information

To identify members, verify guides, process bookings and payments, pay guides, respond to inquiries, prevent misuse, and improve the Service.

3. Retention

Personal information is deleted without delay when you close your account, except where laws require longer retention.

Records on contracts or withdrawal: 5 years. Records on payment and supply of services: 5 years. Records on consumer complaints or disputes: 3 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).

4. Sharing With Third Parties

When a booking is confirmed, the name, profile, and booking details are shared between the Traveler and the Guide to the extent needed for the Tour.

Otherwise we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent or a legal basis.

5. Processors and Overseas Transfer

We entrust payment processing, data storage, and server operation to specialized service providers.

Personal information may be stored on servers located outside Korea. The providers and countries will be listed in this policy when the Service opens.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time, and you may withdraw consent by closing your account.

7. Security

We limit access to personal information, encrypt data in transit, and store identification documents in encrypted form.
